CJ is an outstanding app. I rarely encounter issues, but when I do, I can trust their customer service team to help. They provide personal agents who are both professional and polite, assisting with any concerns that arise. Every agent I've worked with so far has been exceptional. My current agent, Doki Huang, has been nothing but incredible. She always responds promptly to my inquiries with detailed information and goes above and beyond to ensure my concerns are addressed. For instance, I recently had an issue with a payment, but once I reached out to her, she was able to identify and resolve the problem within a day. Additionally, she simultaneously helped me deal with another issue I wasn't even aware of, preventing any major delays in the supply chain. I'm truly glad I was paired with her and chose CJ as my sourcing agent.
