Order placed February 26, 2026. Never delivered after 35+ days. CJ Dropshipping has a plethora of items for any niche, but if you run into a problem with the support team and get your bank involved they'll shut down your access to their platform, therefore shutting down your store, or any items you rely on them to fulfill. My advice would be to find another supplier with more human empathy, because if you get on their bad side they'll shut you down without any hesitation or information from their part, but they'll always expect you to be patient.

For my first shipment with CJ, the experience has been genuinely positive. I was assigned Connie Jin from customer service to assist with the product storage process, and she was incredibly helpful throughout. As someone new to this, the entire process can feel quite overwhelming, but having support from someone like Connie really makes a difference and elevates the overall experience.
