I had an issue with an order due to an incorrect address, and I had very little time to update the tracking information in my system. As a new Shopify user, we want to share an honest and genuine review based on our recent experience with CJDropshipping. Shortly after launching our store, we followed recommendations from YouTube videos and installed CJDropshipping as one of our first apps. Finalised onboarding, imported products, completed payment details. Then a customer placed an order, but two weeks have passed, and the order still hasn’t progressed. The customer service has been extremely terrible, we couldn’t even tell if we were chatting with a bot or a real person (Kevin sometimes). Whether you’re new to Shopify or an experienced user, please be aware that customer focus here is nearly nonexistent. So far, we’ve spent nearly four hours on chat support with no resolution. Imagine trying to retain a customer who has already waited two weeks with no movement on their order. Extremely disappointed with poor quality of services of CJ Dropshipping.

10/10 – CONNIE & AGENT SHERRY! This is my first time using CJ Dropshipping. Previously, I worked with external sourcing agents, and after hearing several recommendations about CJ, I decided to give the platform a try. To be honest, my initial experience wasn't the best. I often felt like I had to chase my assigned agent for assistance and updates, and unfortunately, I wasn't getting the support I expected. Thankfully, I was eventually assigned Connie and Agent Sherry, and they completely changed my experience. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to help me. They solved problems that had been left unresolved, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and treated me with incredible professionalism, kindness, and patience throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their willingness to help and their genuine dedication to finding solutions. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Every interaction was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. They made me feel like a valued client and gave me confidence in both the platform and our future cooperation. Because of Connie and Sherry, I now look forward to building a long-term partnership with CJ. I will also be expanding my use of their services across additional brands in the future. A huge thank you to both Connie and Sherry for their outstanding support. They have exceeded every expectation I had and have been an absolute pleasure to work with. this is a unbiased review. I like CJ as a platform, but using it was honestly one of the most stressful experiences ever once we started getting multiple orders coming in. I don’t even know where to start. First, I preordered our branded packaging. I only ordered 10 pieces at the beginning just to test CJ for the first couple of weeks. We waited approximately two weeks just for a simple carton glasses box to be shipped into their warehouse and added to my inventory. Before it arrived, I kept asking for updates, but nobody really knew the estimated completion time, and some agents even seemed annoyed when I followed up. Then came the first week where we started running ads and getting sales. That’s when the real test started. We had packages that were ordered after a month and 10 days still getting delayed. CJ claimed the customers didn’t respond, but instead of contacting me first, they shipped the packages back to another logistics warehouse, which took over a week. After that, I had to manually contact them again just to check what was happening, which slowed the whole process even more. One of the worst situations was when a customer placed a bulk order that was costly. Because of the delays, I had to keep replying to him multiple times with updates, and it honestly became embarrassing. In the end, the order was refunded because I did not want to keep making the customer wait and make the brand look even worse. I lost a lot of money because of that situation. To be fair, CJ did refund me from the dispute, which I appreciate, but the damage was already done because it made our brand look unprofessional in front of the customer. The delays with CJ are absolutely insane. We also had many cases where packages were delivered with wrong items or missing items. The warehouse packing process felt careless. It really seemed like the packer did not take the time to check what should be inside the package or how it should be packed, even though notes were sent by the agents. Overall, it was an absolute disaster for branded fulfillment. I personally would never work with CJ again for branded dropshipping. Only use CJ if you are not doing branded dropshipping or if your fulfillment process is very simple.
