Elira Liu has been helpful on my inquiry. It's just frustrating on either Shopify or CJ Dropshipping platform that it doesn't notify us on any problems on the orders so we have to manually check the problems. Hope it can be better in this case as customers will be frustrated waiting long for their orders.

Cjdropshipping agents are always available for clarification, explanations and more. Angel, Alicia, Sita have been very helpfuk I am going to receive my first orders soon. So I cannot say about orders yet.

I find CJ human agents like Sini Liu extremely helpful in tracking order although the platform can be intimidating and could do with a better overal design they have helped drive my business on platforms such as Shopify and eBay.

Today's service was very good. A special shoutout to Bonnie Gu, who did everything to make the conversation flow and answer my questions as best as possible. She was kind and professional. Thank you very much.

J'aime la plateforme, car il est tout-en-un et il y a une équipe active pour répondre aux questions. Mais je trouve un peu complexe l'ajout de produit dans la boutique et aussi la suppression de certains produits, notamment POD enregistré dans mon espace personnel.
