Miya has been the glue keeping me with CJ Dropshipping; without her, I might have moved on to another provider. Her dedication and customer-focused approach are easily 5 stars. While there are definite areas for improvement within CJ Dropshipping, having a dedicated agent like Miya makes a significant difference. If they could address the product availability issues and improve the quality checks on their products, my rating would certainly go higher.
