I just wanted to express my gratitude for the support I received from Bonnie, your support agent. Her response time is always very fast, and Bonnie was patient and understanding. As someone who writes and responds slowly, I appreciate the time and effort she took to work with me. Even when I took a bit longer to respond, she was still willing to help me troubleshoot the issue. What stood out was her proactive approach - she asked for screenshots and worked collaboratively with me to get to the root of the problem.
