LucysLand review for CJdropshipping: Much Faster

As a new Shopify user, we want to share an honest and genuine review based on our recent experience with CJDropshipping. Shortly after launching our store, we followed recommendations from YouTube videos and installed CJDropshipping as one of our first apps. Finalised onboarding, imported products, completed payment details. Then a customer placed an order, but two weeks have passed, and the order still hasn’t progressed. The customer service has been extremely terrible, we couldn’t even tell if we were chatting with a bot or a real person (Kevin sometimes). Whether you’re new to Shopify or an experienced user, please be aware that customer focus here is nearly nonexistent. So far, we’ve spent nearly four hours on chat support with no resolution. Imagine trying to retain a customer who has already waited two weeks with no movement on their order. Extremely disappointed with poor quality of services of CJ Dropshipping.
