Regarding the performance of the CJ app, I must say that it integrates well with Shopify, and data exchange functions smoothly. However, concerning the CJ platform itself: 1. Orders are reviewed and processed quickly within CJ. 2. The issues begin when an order is forwarded to the supplier. 3. Suppliers often fail to keep their pricing and inventory levels up to date. This creates problems for your store and even for the CJ agents. In many instances, you may have already accepted an order from a customer and collected payment, only to find that the supplier is either out of stock or has significantly raised the price without updating it on the CJ platform. At this stage, having a good agent can often help resolve the issue. My agent, Taco, is extremely professional, hardworking, kind, and caring; he provides invaluable assistance. Without Her help, I dare say that almost all of my orders would run into trouble. Overall, here is how I would rate them: 1. CJ App: 4 stars 2. CJ Platform: 3 stars 3. My personal agent, Taco: 5 stars 4. CJ’s responsiveness: 2 stars 5. CJ’s suppliers: 1 star In short, this platform is really only suitable for selling products that move quickly and do not require complex warehousing or procurement. For example, seasonal items.
