Bonify has turned out to be an absolute shit app. Slows site speed, always conflicts with our baseline CSS, KILLS SEO, very clunky to use. Can't wait to get rid of this awful app.

Have been using this app for the last 8 years and it's been great! Would give it 5 but there's some quirky limitations and feels a tad antiquated. I've been using the platform for a long time and the interface hasn't modernized a ton. But still a great platform and gets the job done. Amazing and fast support as well. Great customer experience.
Your customer service is AMAZING! I was blessed to have Patrick Mwange helping me, and he is quite possibly the most helpful person I've ever spoken to my whole life. He's been going back and forth with me for weeks, helping me work through a series of questions about design, format, and coding as I worked to implement this app in the new theme in Shopify. He is the BEST, and if he is representative of the level of service and care that this app gives to its users, then this app has managed to embrace humanity and technology at the same time. No automated responses here - just a real person giving me real answers. Thank you Patrick!
Highly recommend this app to help enhance our website. We have had Bonify Custom Fields installed on our Shopify website for years and use it to give us more customization on different product pages. Recently, we accidentally deleted the app from our store and their customer service team was amazing to work with. They were able to very quickly reinstate all of our original coding to allow us to use the app like before. We have been very pleased and look forward to continue using it!

Looks like there's a bit of confusion here, but we're happy to help sort it out! A recurring payment was authorized today when you installed, but we don't have any pending charges for your store so it does not appear that you were charged or will be charged in the future. Regarding the trial, you had previously installed and had a trial which had expired so the trial was not offered again. Please reach out to us directly if you'd like any assistance. If for some reason you have a charge, we will refund it, just let us know. If you'd like a second trial, we can arrange that for you as well.

How to sync the description with Ebay or other sales channel? Could you please help me to fix that, any support available?
