I've been using this app to build my Shopify eCommerce store. The app has been great for uploading additional product information. The documentation is good and customer service is fantastic!

I used Custom Fields to set up all my Attributes from Magento 2. There is a learning curve, but once I got that down, it was pretty straightforward. You can export your data, make changes, and import it. The support has been fantastic and answered all my questions within a few hours.

Loved this app and it worked great when we initially setup our store. But unfortunately Shopify Store 2.0 (metatags) will most likely remove the relevance of this app.
You may be surprised by this, but we're actually really excited for Online Store 2.0 and the Metafields updates. Keep an eye out for update announcements on our end regarding the future of the app, how it integrates with Online Store 2.0, and how it uses the updated Metafields API! The updates made it possible to add a deeper and more meaningful integration with the Theme Editor than we could do in the past. Using the app, Merchants will be able to create multiple (separate) Custom Fields Sections that use our Widget system right from the Editor, and Custom Fields Blocks so merchants can place formatted field data directly inside of areas like the product description. These two features have always been highly requested in one form or another. Our support team handles many custom placement requests like these every week, and OS 2.0 allows merchants to do them easily on their own, which is a huge win. The new Metafield definitions system creates standardization and allows for a more consistent editing experience for merchants across all apps. The old system was subject to all sorts of frustrating issues for us and merchants. In context editing gives us hope that we might be able to retire our Chrome Extension some day too. All good things. :) All in all, we believe that the OS 2.0 update and API updates added functionality that was expected by merchants to begin with, or features desperately needed by theme and app developers, like real file fields with a true file API, but there are many, many features of this app that will remain relevant and useful to merchants and developers as OS 2.0 evolves.

I had an issue with uploading some information. I put a query out to the customs field team who responded straightaway with clear instructions. All sorted and saved me hours in time. Really happy with the App and customer services

Before I had this app I downloaded another app for metafields input and it was just so limited. This app is so much better. It can be used for different scenarios that you will come across for your website. Additionally, the support team is awesome.

APP developer has helped me a lot throughout the process. They have solved all problems we have on width, length, alignment of the APP etc. They are really helpful and quick to response (within 1 working day). Also, the APP works well on our product page. I would recommend to all of you.

The Custom Fields app is amazing! I needed a way to add tabs to break up product details and specs, and I looked at several other apps, but none of them had the simple widget interface like this does. This app’s widgets allowed me to add this functionality and more that was missing from my theme without needing to hire a developer. I had a small issue with one of the widgets not working exactly how I wanted it to, and the support team responded to me within an hour to resolve the issue. Great app and great support!

I have been using this for 6 months now and love the app. I am having issues with the size of the tab boxes though. They seem to be really slim and all the way to the right. Is there any way to make it wider? If you need more clarification, let me know. Thanks!
Sorry to hear you're having some trouble. Sometimes a theme can override the intended design of tabs and some customization is needed to correct it. Shoot us a support ticket and the team will work with you to get it sorted out on Monday. :) From the Shopify admin click on Apps in the left sidebar then next to the Custom Fields app in the list, click Get Support and let us know the details of the issue.

Génial ! La meilleure application du Store Shopify ! Elle permet de personnaliser ses fiches produits en quelques clics, ses collections ... Je l'utilise notamment pour avoir une fiche produit plus complète et plus "sexy" que les simples champs de base de Shopify. Quant au support, rien à redire, l'équipe de Bonify est au top et est toujours disponible pour nous aider.

This was exactly what I was searching for! My current theme wouldn't allow for tabs and customization like I wanted and this solved the problem. Easy to use and great support too!

We are launching a brand new website and so many of its amazing features are thanks to the Custom Fields app. We even needed help getting a few things ready on certain pages and their support team was quick and efficient. Great app, easy to use and working perfectly. The support team is very helpful and professional. Not only did they help me with the set up, but they even helped clean up the mess that a previous app had left behind ! I wish all apps were this helpful. Thanks guys !

stupid plugin. this app makes it so hard to remove, just make the remove button big and clear ok? not a good user experience
Sorry for the inconvenience. We replied to your support ticket but the email address provided is invalid so our response did not get to you. Please open a ticket and let us know the best email to reach you at. We'll get this sorted out for you right away! Shopify's system doesn't allow for apps to make changes to themes after uninstalling. This is particularly problematic for apps that use Shopify's metafields. Our app provides theme uninstall functionality, it just needs to be used before removing the app. It's not ideal, but that's our only option. Click the "disable this area" link in the theme section to undo changes the app makes. You can still utilize the uninstall functionality at this point, just reinstall the app, click the disable links, then uninstall the app again.
