This app was exactly what we were looking for. It is quite robust and has many different discount options and settings. Pricing is also very fair and it was definitely worth adding to our store. Support staff is also responsive and helpful.

I have been using this app for over a year now and been very happy with it. I just switched themes and I didn't need to do anything to get it to work properly on the new theme. I contacted support to make sure everything was set correctly and I got a response within 3 minutes. Thank you Sujay!

"This Shopify app has the absolute worst support I've ever come across. I'm beyond frustrated with their lack of responsiveness. It's like talking to a brick wall – they never reply on time, and even when they do, it's as if they're selectively choosing which messages to ignore. I've been patient and waited for a response for the last 5 days, but it's been nothing but disappointment. I expected a certain level of customer service, especially when using a paid app, but this experience has been a total letdown. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for an app with better support and timely assistance."

amazing app but limitation with compare at price discount. Very good for its customer support executive. the plugin solves the issue of bulk discount and percentage discount if you wish to activate in your portal.

Shopacado's customer service is second to none! I have messaged for technical support several times during deployment to my website and have never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a response. I run multiple apps on my site, and none have the customer support that Shopacado provides. Their app is great and does exactly what I was looking to accomplish on my site.
