The support team reacts very fast and my issue was solved probably less than 2 minutes. After testing out 6 -7 tiered pricing apps, finally decided to go with this as the app's UI/UX is user friendly.

The app is great! Definitely helps increase our overall order value and make our site deliver deals to our customers. Even better, the customer service and the IT service support they give to fix problems with the app or do some customzied tweaks was super awesome! Nivi was amazing, she was talking to me in live chat and doing the IT fixes on the spot with me. They fixed everything and made it look good.

Review 3: Update additional downgrade: If I could give this tech team a -20 I would. In addition to the as low as price not working, we have asked them repeatedly to assist us as the app broke our dropdown cart and cart bubble count. So customers were adding things to the cart multiple times because nothing happened and the count stayed at zero until you opened the cart to see if anything was added. We found a great app that works with Shopify and doesn't break our cart or cart counter. I am sorry we waited so long for Shopacado to provide absolutely no help in solving what was most likely a simple code edit to a basic Shopify 2.0 theme. Review 2: Have to downgrade my original review. We ran an "update" provided by SHOPACADO that was supposed to bring code up-to-date with Shopify 2.0 and it broke our discount calculations. The as low as" price and discount dollar amounts stopped refreshing when the variant options were updated. I have been waiting for weeks for this to be fixed and nothing. We had to take the information off of our product pages because the discount amounts shown are incorrect, so not getting the full use of this product. Review 1: Five stars! We have been using this app for a year now and it has been working consistently well. Whenever we need support with settings or setup, their customer support is quick to respond and always very knowledgeable about the product and how to make it work for you. I would not hesitate to recommend this Shopify app and this company.

I needed an app that would only apply volume discounts to specific products and gave me the option to not combine products for volume dissounts. This app is allows a lot of flexibility applying them and gives options for others as well. Customer service is amazing and they are super helpful <3

I use this app, and it helped me with discount rules for users segments. I ask for help and during 10 minutes it was configured on my shop!

Not compatible with what I want to do on my site. Never made the subscription fee back. Overpriced for what it can do. Honestly I'm surprised a regular Shopify site can't do some of the basic pricing things. Plus hours of time talking to support (nice folks - only reason why its 2 stars) only to hear "sorry we can't do what you need" which mostly seemed like obvious use cases to me... sorry folks Updated review - lowered it to 1 star because the app was *with no deals even activated* causing pricing errors on my site in the cart. its just one problem after another with this app :(

We have been using the app since launching our website, more than half of the orders has used the discount feathers. While working on improving our website, staff from shopacado has been helpful and waste no time to make the changes that we need, overall very satisfy with the app, will continue to use the app with our Shopify website

My aov increased by 40% within days of using this app. It was incredibly easy to setup and as far as I can tell it hasn't slowed the website down. The beauty of it is how intuitive it is for the customer. I had a question when initially setting it up and customer service through chat immediately answered my question.
