A very easy app to use. It helped me create volume discounts which shopify didn't seem to offer. Customer service is amazing; they helped me immediately when I didn't know to customize the discount banner on the product page.

Use this app to give discounts to tagged customers and it works great. Discounts are showed even in the slide cart unlike other apps. The technical support is very friendly and efficient. I recommend this app.

We just started using the app. We were excited about the combination of roles-based (tagged customer) offers in addition to bulk pricing. After our initial test, we did not see the expected results. We contacted the support team via chat and they responded in less than two minutes. Within five minutes, they recognized our theme was not supported by their backend, updated their backend, and we are now live! The support team was quick, friendly, and highly competent.

I was using this app for a while and previously was working well but it stopped working and customer support were very slow to respond and they kept telling me they were investigating the issue - last reply was a few days ago and I'm still waiting. Have uninstalled as I was paying for an app I couldnt use.
