Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

I am absolutely not happy with the Customer Service. Every time I need something, they cannot solve it properly, or while building in labels on the cart, they break things again in the cart. They fix 1 label and ask: " is it okay now?" but then they break something else" and this continues for hours in the chat. When they get annoyed or do not know how to solve it, they just dissappear from the chat and leave it half done! Today I am in the chat for 3 hours for a simple text label. I also let my programmer work to create a selector Id on the cart page, so the team of this app can work faster. But no one is replying me here and they did half of the work and broke half on the cart and just left the online version of the shop like this for 3 hours now. And still no solution. I use this app for almost 1 year now. It is doing what it should (basics), but not more than this and if you need a bit of adjustment, or if you wish to make it a bit smarter or a bit more beautiful. noone can help you and they will tell you, this functions are not available. Last time, I asked for help a few months ago, the exact same thing happened. They broke objects in the cart with css, and left. I needed to get my developer here and pay him to sit and fix it again. In general the app is not the best but it is okay for the price, but I really dont know why this service cant be improved.

The service is so good, we are using the app for some shops. It could improve conversion rate. So far so good.

The only app I have found with total spend/tier discounts. Great app, accessible, user-friendly, and fantastic customer service.

Excellent app with many customization options. Very easy setup, integrates well in our OS2.0 theme, and the load speed performance penalty is minimal. Live chat is always responsive and helpful even if you are located in the US. We tried a similar app before, but it lacked some features. We happy to have switched to the Shopacado solution for it is cheaper and leagues better. P.S.: Be sure to deactivate the BUY NOW function in your theme, as using that would bypass the discount app.

The app is quite useful overall. There are a few features that other apps provide but they don't and vice versa. Customer service is really fast in communication and helpful.

Well, what can I say! I have never seen a support team that is so on point and also have the ability to fix issues as you speak. The team is so responsive and is at the end of the chat to help assist you in taking on this product. The UI design is clean and easy to use. It works with collections and a lot of the Volume Deals apps do not work like this at the time of writing this. The onboarding with a template that was not listed was implemented within hours of asking them to assist. The support developer Pavi was awesome and fixed things so quick. With regards to the app, for the price you pay and the functionality you get 2 months of my last bundle deal cost is the same as my 1-year annual cost and provides so much more functionality. It's a no-brainer!

Just getting to grips with this app and have so far found it easy to set up - I did read all the documentation first though - and easy to do some minor CSS tweaks. I did have one small issue with the setup and this was solved instantly by support whilst on a chat with them so, full marks for that. Looking around the app, it appears to do more than I was expecting and my head is buzzing with ideas of which products I can implement it on. I'm looking forward to getting it fully set up and thus far, can definitely recommend it.
