Very quick response and very nice. If you have any questions you can ask them and if you need something fixed they will do it how you want it. Very nice!

Die beste App mit Abstand! Selbst wenn es Probleme mit anderen Apps gibt, ist diese App immer hilfsbereit und kann besser helfen als so andere Bereiche! Sehr empfehlenswert. P.S Die Mitarbeitern Pavi ist gold wert!

Had a question about the setup of my discount structure and Nivi answered within 30 seconds of me sending in my question. She was very helpful with her answers and give me the solution almost immediately. Yet to try it out and will come back and let you know the outcome. All tried and tested, works perfectly. Thank you

We are enjoying the app and it is helping us improve our offering to our customers. We had a problem with subtotals on the shopping cart. We contacted support and Pavi soon had the problem solved. As a small business, website problems can be a huge headache. So, speedy, helpful support is an absolute lifeline. I recommend the team at Shopacado
