app is fairly clean and works well, there are still some features that need to be added. That being said, I had some issues and Nivi fixed them quickly during a chat session. 5 stars are coming as the app grows/develops

Great app, Its a shame you cant have discounts directly through shopify but this is a great alternative with great support

I initially used this app to provide auto discounting above a certain volume. As the business progressed, we extended the use to stack discount codes with Shopify's discount settings and it works well. Thanks to the rapid response from the support team.

I'm sincerely impressed! This is the BEST customer service I've had period in a long, long time. My questions were answered through the app help chat box almost instantly. Nivi is a rockstar and needs a pay raise :) We're switching to this app because the app we were using previously kept losing functionality with our coupon codes. So far, everything seems to be working very smoothly here. The installation was effortless and user-friendly. Plus, any questions I had were answered or fixed for me within minutes. Good app, compared to other apps that supports discounted pricing, I find this very useful app to attract Customers and be more competitive in the market.

We used this app on a couple of our sites to help us with volume discounts. We have constantly had discounts that haven't worked for some customers without us knowing then had to manually check ourselves after complaints, ended up just giving us more work trying to fix the issues. Customer service hasn't been muich help basically saying it's a customer issue when it's supposed to be an automatic discount, that servers were just slow and were being fixed. Still have the same issues.

I needed some help with the initial set up and the support guys were very responsive. Its been very easy to implement and provides the flexibility and functionality that we needed. Early days but seems to be a very good cost-effective solution for volume discounts on our site.
