Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

great customer service, i had a problem with cart discounts and they helped me really fast, i needed a better discount app and this is looking good

I have just installed this on the free trial and the support as be excellent - it is perfect for different discounts needed on bulk purchases for specific products.

The app is very easy to install and simple to use, they also have a great support team and they reply very quickly for any assistance you may need.

app is fairly clean and works well, there are still some features that need to be added. That being said, I had some issues and Nivi fixed them quickly during a chat session. 5 stars are coming as the app grows/develops

Great app, Its a shame you cant have discounts directly through shopify but this is a great alternative with great support

This app integrates perfectly with my store and is super customisable. Nivi from support also helped me along the way which was fantastic. Thank you!!

Great app! Excellent support, they helped me and solved my problem really fast. I highly recommend it. 5 stars :)

This app solved all our discounting challenges. Team is very responsive and always available to solve any issues. Highly recommended!

First of all the support is one of the fastest i had. The app doing what needed , much easier to work with this app then a shopify default. Thanks Guys for hard work

Great app and customer service unbelievable. Zarah was extremely helpful. If you need volume and discount options on your store- this is the app to use

Great app, that delivers exactly what it promises. In addition, the support team is absolutely stellar. Highly recommended.

es exactamente lo que necesitaba, puedo separar los descuentos al igual que hacer descuentos por volumen de productos en especifico o de colecciones en especifico, tuve dudas y el soporte fue de gran ayuda.

Excellent app, always very helpful support and solve any problem quickly. I definitely recommend this app

very fast support!! solved all my problems!! this app works fine! i tried all discount apps, but this app is the best!

I initially used this app to provide auto discounting above a certain volume. As the business progressed, we extended the use to stack discount codes with Shopify's discount settings and it works well. Thanks to the rapid response from the support team.

I'm sincerely impressed! This is the BEST customer service I've had period in a long, long time. My questions were answered through the app help chat box almost instantly. Nivi is a rockstar and needs a pay raise :) We're switching to this app because the app we were using previously kept losing functionality with our coupon codes. So far, everything seems to be working very smoothly here. The installation was effortless and user-friendly. Plus, any questions I had were answered or fixed for me within minutes. Highly recommend!

Good app, compared to other apps that supports discounted pricing, I find this very useful app to attract Customers and be more competitive in the market.

We used this app on a couple of our sites to help us with volume discounts. We have constantly had discounts that haven't worked for some customers without us knowing then had to manually check ourselves after complaints, ended up just giving us more work trying to fix the issues. Customer service hasn't been muich help basically saying it's a customer issue when it's supposed to be an automatic discount, that servers were just slow and were being fixed. Still have the same issues.

I used this app to help set up wholesale dealer discounts. I was very pleased with the very fast response times and Zarah's knowledge to help me with my questions. Easy to use, well-written self-help section, and fast CS.

I just installed this app for the 7-day trial and was pleased with the ease of use. A few questions came up, which Nivi handled promptly and completely. Hoping for success with this app! Thanks from www.primitiverenditions.com
