So far i'm really impressed with this app! I wanted the option to have a volume discounts, across multiple products and be able to customize the options! Shopacado was able to do it! Also amazing customer support on chat! They were able to help me install and customize whatever i needed! Can't wait to see what else i can do with this product.

As a B2B-focused business, volume discounts are crucial for us. Since launching our site on Shopify, we've chosen Shopacado. Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts is both powerful and user-friendly. The feature to apply discounts to selected products and/or categories is particularly beneficial. Their customer service is excellent; Syed and his team resolve issues swiftly!

We used the app for 3 years and had absolutely no issues. Did exactly what we wanted and performed flawlessly. After our 2.0 upgrade we had some issues getting the app to perform as we thought it should Syed was quick to respond, and fixed our upgrade issue in less than 20 minutes. Back to normal, and working flawlessly. I would recommend this app and creators.

The "support" team no longer seems interested in supporting their app. There has been a discount table showing on 2 products that are no longer part of an active offer. I've reached out to support several times over the past 5 months about it, and their response on each occasion has been "Your issue is already forwarded to our team we will get back to you soon." I doubt that. In the meantime, the discount table is advertising to my customers that there's an offer available for that product, when there isn't. It makes my site look unfunctional, and turns customers off when they're expecting a discount to be applied to the product in their cart as advertised, and it isn't. Would no longer recommend this app. In search of a different one.

Great idea but.....I have two clients using this app, it has conflicts on both installs and Shopacado won't really help you fix anything properly unfortunately. I've worked with many Shopify app dev's which will jump in and fix you, that's not happening here. It's a great idea but it seems like Shopify is too locked down to create a decent bulk discount app. I'm currently waiting for help from support again but I'm not holding my breath. The app is totally unusable at this point, my client is stuck and can't sell 20% of their products because their bulk discount is buggy and won't work in checkout. My two developers are pointing at Shopacado for the fix and don't want to touch it. I may bring in a senior dev to build something custom instead as a last resort. Sad this is working out so poorly.

Shopacado let us easily create multiple custom discount configurations, each was easy to adjust, and it works well with other features in our store. We hope they'll add POS capabilities soon so our online and in-person sales can work the same way (otherwise we'd give it a fifth star), but otherwise we have been very happy with it and plan to find even more ways to use it as our store grows. When we had questions Nivi was quick to reply and very helpful. Highly recommend!
