This is by far the best customer service that I have received in my 48 years of living! Min went above and beyond to set up our very specific (and complicated) shipping rules for specific customer groups. His communication was on point and shockingly quick. If you have complex shipping rates or just need help with this app, they are there for you and treat you like a VIP. We tried 6 shipping apps before this and none would work correctly.
