Bespoke Shipping

We were not able to estimate shipping costs before bespoke. We had to pack the boxes and then weigh them to enter info to ups and come up with a shipping charge. Each box is like a puzzle and they are all different. Many times boxes were packed and when it was a credit card customer their orders would sit in boxes while we chased down the payment. We were running out of space in the warehouse. For the bespoke app, we had to measure and weigh each of our products. Then bespoke stacks the items in our box sizes virtually and we can add the shipping charge and present the invoice to the customer. We don't pack the actual boxes until they pay. We still have to take a few minutes to go into the bespoke logs to make sure it is correct. Sometimes adjustments have to be made. This is a great app but you may need someone else to set it up for you. I told my daughter how I envisioned shipping and she found this app and did all the work to customize it for us. We have been using it since 2022.

I always forget to write reviews but I specifically wanted to here. It is a little complicated to use but that's only because it has such a broad range of ways it can be implemented. We've been able offer dynamic and complicated shipping options, something we never could before. For example shipping rates that take into account the number of products in a customer cart, something that had always been an issue for us, some larger orders only paying a minimal shipping before now. Highly recommend but give yourself time to understand exactly how it all works.

Lots of variables available and the team are amazing at creating solutions for difficult shipping situations, highly recommend they are friendly and professional, definitely the best app for CSV shipping rates.

Used this for over 3 years and we have absolutely no complaints. It's so good that I had forgotten it exists in my backend. Does its job perfectly. So much you can do with this app! We don't even use 10% of the functionality and still so happy with it.

Amazing app and even better customer service. We had some very specific shipping requirements and I really couldn't wrap my head around how to set this up. I gave a brief (and probably confusing) explanation to Min and in no time at all Bespoke was up and running. I can't recommend this app enough if you have complicated shipping requirements!

We have a long list of advanced shipping rules we needed to work with our wholesale app and our retail website and had a lot of issues finding a solution. Many other reviewers mention this app is difficult to setup and that's due to it's ability to manage multiple advanced shipping rules. I was a bit worried about choosing this app because there wasn't phone support but the email support we received from Min was second to none. He worked very hard to get our rules in place for us and only charged a very minimal fee to do this. They work 7 days a week and were able to get this all in place over the weekend for us. I'm very pleased with the app and service we received.

Bespoke has been integral to the successful rollout of our website. We have a combination of small and large bulky items and BeSpoke has been able to help us with our specific requirements. The app has the structure and the flexibility we need.

Have been using this app for over 4 years. It is perfect. Customer support has been excellent. Cannot flaw. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Amazing app, found it when I first began and haven't stopped since, it helps me calculate accurate rates for my customers, integrate my various couriers into one platform and create complex groupings based on my business needs. Customer support is always quick to respond and helpful in sorting out my issues big or small!

Amazing app. All the other shipping apps don't have the flexibility that coding does and that's very limiting in most cases, as well as giving you work arounds for solutions instead of a straight one. You can achieve a lot with this app and would definitely recommend it if you have some coding experience. Unfortunately we've decided to change our shipping policies and we no longer have the need for the app, but I was able to do a lot of testing and it always worked like I intended.

This is by far the best customer service that I have received in my 48 years of living! Min went above and beyond to set up our very specific (and complicated) shipping rules for specific customer groups. His communication was on point and shockingly quick. If you have complex shipping rates or just need help with this app, they are there for you and treat you like a VIP. We tried 6 shipping apps before this and none would work correctly. This is the app for you. Thank you Min.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! Tried 4 or 5 different Apps before finding Bespoke - the best thing about Bespoke is that it can combine rates based on Tags with rates based on price and will allow for both manual and automatic syncing of products for these categories. This was the only App that was able to be configured to meet our unique requirements.

This app and the support from the crew have been a lifesaver for us! So simple but so effective in allowing you to take control and customise your shipping charges into several postcode zones while also setting free shipping protocols according to price and weight simultaneously. And prompt replies for support too - they even go the extra mile and let you know of any other potential problems with your configurations (they found a couple of my silly errors before they became a problem for me!) Highly recommend!!!

Amazing app. Enables you to set up shipping exactly how you want it. There is a learning curve! But once you get the hang of it you'll be loving it. So many integrations for live rates. Super fair price too. Stop looking at other more expensive and less capable apps - This is the one to use.

GREAT SUPPORT! KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE! This is the only app on the shopify app store that allows shipping customization on this level for such a reasonable price. I had trouble with the way my options were displaying so I contacted support and they did a great job finding the issue and helping me solve it in a matter of hours. I WOULD recommend it.

Nothing is impossible, if you know what you want to acheive this app can do it. Seriously though you will need to have a clear understanding of what you are trying to setup because there mutiple ways of acheiving the same thing, so its best to start with a clear plan. The Wizard is easy to use, the user guides offer plenty of detail that helps build understanding without being too complex and should you need it the email support is first class always very helpful. In all honesty its feels like stealing its so cheap relative to what it offers, we pay a lot more for other apps that aren't half as well built and have a lot more limitations.

This app is really amazing. Through the wizard you can set up shipping rules using every possible filter and variable you can imagine like postal codes, time of day, order value and much much more. If you somehow need more complicated rules than the Wizard can provide, then you have the macro editor where you can build your own custom rules using php code. The support is excellent and very responsive. Highly recommended app.
