Wow, I've got to say, this app is a total game-changer! I had it up and running in no time. And it functions smoothly as butter! But what really blew me away was their customer service. Very good app for us. Did everything we needed it to, and runs quicker than the last app we used for this. The newly added import feature was a life saver as we have over 1500 tiered prices. On top of this the support is insanely good. very very helpful and quick at replying. I was needing things quite sharpish as we had a specific launch date for this and they helped us to achieve this.

We are beyond satisfied with this app. After many failed attempts trying to set up tiered pricing on our store, we found this app to be a great solution. I'm very satisfied. These apps work well. It's very easy to set up. If apps are not working properly, they will contact and provide assistance immediately until all problems are resolved. I am new to this Shopify universe and I really don't know what I am doing... After trying about 50 apps for Quantity breaks, I found this one that looked cool but I still was not able to make it show on my product page (like many others I've tried)... But this time, it was different... I asked for help and got a response in a record time. Rahul explained to me that my theme was not compatible by default with their app but he coded it for me into my theme code and it works great!! Thanks Rahul!!

Ive been searching for a tiered discount app for the past few months and have found everyone I had tested out either glitched or when selecting checkout it was slower which reduced our conversion rate. I finally found this app and its INCREDIBLE! Customer service helped me set it up to how I wanted it ( as I'm very picky ) and there's no glitches, no lag time when trying to checkout and it works extremely well! Thankyou for creating an amazing app!

Came across this app after trialling many others for a tiered discount solution and although at first, this didn't cater to our needs, I reached out to customer support and they were fantastic in delivering exactly what was required. Tiered discount has been awesome to work with! The app allows our B2B customers to have customized discounts all based off tags on their customer accounts. Contacted customer support to help setup the app in our theme and they were super helpful. We were up and running in a few hours! Highly recommend.

We have a requirement for an app that offer discounted price on product listing and cart as well to our customers who login to the site. Those who are just visiting website without login can see price without discount. I personally thanks to shopify support team who met our requirement successfully and we are happy for their quick support.
