I've been very very happy with Custom Cat. I first started using them in November and was hesitant with the subscription based platform, but I feel like 3 months is an adequate time frame to give them an honest and unbiased review. The defect rate has been less than 1% and each time there has been a problem, there has been no run around. I tell them there was a problem, send them a pic of the problem and the only emails I get back say this, or something like it. "I am sorry about this. This isn’t anything on your end. It looks like this is a printing error.…We have issued a replacement for you and have sent it out with expedited shipping." What more can you ask for from customer service? Print quality has been spot on. I use them for my Direct to Garment and Dye Sub needs. I have not yet offered an embroidered product, but they will get that business when I do. I've never not been happy with Custom Cat. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.
