I feel nothing short of BLESSED to be working with Custom Cat as my print on demand provider. I am currently on my 3rd year working with them and EVERYTHING about them is outstanding! I especially love their new DigiSoft Ink, which is much nicer than DTG or DTF! The ink actually stays on my customers' shirts through many washes and withstands the test of time. The customer service is also AMAZING. These people are super kind and have consistently taken care of me and my orders as if I was family. Turn around times are EXCELLENT, and if you ever need support, you can reach out to them on their Facebook Page or by email, and you will ALWAYS receive a prompt reply : ) I love everything about Custom Cat!

how do i find custom cat fulfilment section so they ship from uk. im in uk and want quick delivery? love it so far

Set up my store with CustomCat as the print on demand. Using CustomCat Support - Help instructions, I set up different shipping methods. One being "express". My customer ordered an item. Selected express. Did not receive item till 10 DAYS LATER. First, they used a lame excuse of the item not passing a quality check. Then they came back and said it was because I used "express" as a type of shipping and they don't offer express. Their help literally offers an option for overnight shipping and does not say you cannot name it "express" in shopify. Sad that they couldn't figure out what express means and ship it with the proper method. Worse that they made excuses instead of taking ownership.

We do offer multiple expedited shipping options, and it’s important that those services are configured correctly in Shopify so orders route as expected; our team is always available to help with that setup or to upgrade shipping prior to fulfillment. I'm really not impressed by the design process. They have presets, which are nice as you don't have to worry about the sizing, however if you want to choose a custom size, it keeps reverting back to the size it wants! Also there's only an option for the front and the back, no sleeve, no where to put your branding logo on the design. I was so excited to finally find a store that did a jersey that want's sublimated and then super bummed by the design process.

As a production-first platform built for scale, some features prioritize consistency and throughput, but we do support custom positioning on the product you ordered and would be happy to help clarify that workflow.
