CustomCat has the best staff, especially JT. He made the process so painless for me. He even volunteered to assist me in areas that I didn't realize I needed assistance in. I feel so much more confident about this new journey, due to this interaction.

I feel nothing short of BLESSED to be working with Custom Cat as my print on demand provider. I am currently on my 3rd year working with them and EVERYTHING about them is outstanding! I especially love their new DigiSoft Ink, which is much nicer than DTG or DTF! The ink actually stays on my customers' shirts through many washes and withstands the test of time. The customer service is also AMAZING. These people are super kind and have consistently taken care of me and my orders as if I was family. These guys are chef's kiss (muah!) awesome! Print quality aside ( but print quality is exceptional as well, I don't exactly know what "digisoft" even really means, but I DO know that I like it) this is like an old school business from the mid 90's (in the good sense), if you have a question or problem and need to call them.... you can actually get a HUMAN BEING on the phone!! (imagine THAT!) they are super helpful and patient (if you are as dumb as I am) and will help you reach the finish line. Specifically, I have mostly spoken with 2 reps in particular. Much props and praise to both JT and Mike. They are doing the lord's work out here. I briefly tested the waters with the bigger players ( printify, printful, etc) and I landed on planet CustomCat. Highly recommend. ALSO a tad cheaper pricing and equal if not faster delivery time. USE THIS PRINTER!!!

Amazing App. Integrated so well with my shop. It was easy to use, with many resources if you have any questions. Their customer service is always spot on too. Better than any other POD company I've ever used. More notable things about them are their lightning fast production and ship times. I have used CustomCat for the past several years as the primary vendor for our website, www.ROMEOCLUB.com. Very happy with their service - you can call or email and get a reasonably prompt response. Other than a couple of product issues these past few years, 90% of the issues were "user errors". The most recent "user error" last week, they went above and beyond to quickly resolve (same day) my mistake. Wonderful, friendly and efficient service.

I have been through the ringer when it comes to POD companies and I can say for sure custom cat is BY FAR the best of the best in quality of prints, size options, prices, customer service and shipping time; most of my products have even arrived early. I've only had one bad print and it was replaced without any resistance from the company. Every customer has been more than satisfied with the product saying "it looks just like the picture and one customer has claimed they've washed their shirt over 10 times and it looks brand new still truly incredible. Tried to like this POD but their print quality consistently failed to measure up. Customers constantly sending photos of print washing off on first wash. Customer service is prompt to reply but who cares about that when i don't have repeat customers due to poor quality. I had to go find a better POD.

I recently made a mistake with a large order - completely my fault - but contacted Custom Cat to see if there was any way they could help. The customer service rep Mike B empathized with me and went above and beyond to help alleviate the sting of my mistake, offering so much more help than I expected. You can trust you're in good hands with Custom Cat! Quality Control is also top notch...he shared that they had to remake several shirts in our order to meet quality standards before they were shipped and all that we received looked wonderful. Shipping was very fast too. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to using them more in the future!
