When I first installed this app they turnaround wasn't that bad. Now that they are working on converting their systems, the turnaround time is a nightmare. I've got a few orders been in production for well over 15 days and no answer to when they will be shipped out.

Great site. Looking forward to addition of future products. Maybe shoes? This site is easy to use and makes for a vast majority of my POD items. Being local, here in the USA helps as well.

Support team was attentive and solved my problem. However, it would be great if there is LIVE SUPPORT to cut short the waiting time. TIA :)

Huge range of products, good prices, and easy to use back end. Solid app for anyone looking to add some print on demand products and not worry about up front inventory or fulfillment.

We choose them because of their range of athletic product styles, colors, and sizes. Quality and production time have been good. Easy to use, but with enough flexibility for our needs.

I've used better systems which is the only reason for the 4 star, BUT, their printing and product quality are the best I have seen. Not many print on demand companies do the larger sizing which is a huge reason why I use them. The Tees I have on my store go up to 6XL! Great customer service too :)

Not only does CustomCat offer actual plus/big & tall sizes, they have amazing customer service. I (and my customers) are very happy with their DTG printed apparel, and I look forward to expanding my product line and growing my business with them.

Great app that works just as described. Easy to use and simple to add new products to my shop, and very fast shipping. The quality of the printing on the mugs is excellent. It would be nice if CustomCat would send an email to a seller, with shipping and tracking information, when an order is shipped.

Custom Cat is amazing, that's the most import piece if you don't want to read a lot. Here's why it's amazing...We previously did in house print. It was tough to decide we needed to go hands off in order to grow. It was tough determining which POD would have the products we were used to, the quality we delivery, fair pricing and good fulfillment times. They have ALL of that AND amazing support. Not that you need/want to call in as their video tutorials are amazing but when you have to call in it is excellent. Our account manager, JT has walked us through some things like the implementation of the app for use with Shopify and it is clear that they value their consumers. Stop reading and try it for yourself!

The CustomCat team is fantastic! They're extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And I love that they have folks that answer the phone. At a time when so many companies don't even offer any phone support, CustomCat maintains that personal connection. I highly recommend CustomCat.

I like it for the most part. The biggest problem is when thins get discontinued. There needs to be vast improvement in letting sellers know. Items just stay on your store. You don't find out until your customer orders something. They don't even alert you, THEN. The order just languishes until you have to ask by email - What's going on with my order # 1234? A day later...you get a response saying - We've discontinued the polo and jacket, etc... Not Fun.
Hi! I'm Mike B and I hear you. We don't like it when manufacturers discontinue styles either! I'm sorry but we don't have admin control to add, or remove, or make changes to your products in your store. We do send at least two dedicated email announcements when a style/size/ color is discontinued. We also include any discontinued product announcements in the Thursday weekly email updates we send every week. The info is also updated in our blog and we make public announcements in our FB group. I really wanted to like this app. I found it after a search for t-shirt drop-shippers with Shopify integration. I designed 4 shirts with identical layouts and the process is not at all intuitive. You can't just duplicate a design on another style of shirt. After several days of trial and error, I finally got the products exported and I ordered a sample. It arrived within a reasonable time and was OK-ish. The sizing seems very odd (short torso and short arms but wide chest) and the shirt was super stiff when I first pulled it out of the packaging. After washing, it was fine. The print quality is OK but not great. My main issue is that the products once exported into Shopify no longer live on their website and if you want to make changes to your current products, you need to start from scratch and re-export. If you want to see your current costs for a product you have to search through a spreadsheet to find it. I contacted customer support several times and did get timely responses but overall, the experience leaves me wanting. I am definitely searching for an alternative.
Thank you for your feedback. We are currently developing a feature in your CC dashboard that will display & allow edits to each variant you exported to your store. You may want to consider utilizing our exports templates which makes it easy use the same design on multiple garments on future exports. Or, you can select the products first, then upload the artwork on step 2 for a design to be automatically added to all the products you selected. We even have a bulk-editor that allows you to adjust the design positioning preset to multiple items at once. We provide a few different options for viewing the pricing of our catalog items (a spreadsheet being one) but you can also view the prices for our items in the catalog within the app and on our website. I’m sorry to hear the ¾ sleeve Next Level tri-blend baseball raglan didn’t fit you as expected. The shirt dimensions should match the size chart that exported to your product page. The stiffness you felt before washing is the pretreatment applied to the shirt to bond the ink to the fabric. This is somewhat unique to this style of shirt because of the combination of polyester, ringspun cotton & rayon can sometimes make the material a little stiff but the first wash takes care of that. Consider the T200 ¾ sleeve raglan which is 100% cotton or the 4420 Colorblock ¾ sleeve Raglan as alternatives. We appreciate the compliment about our support team. Customcat has helped me take my small home business to the next level. Q4 2021 was my best yet because of quick turnaround and customer satisfaction. I can't wait to scale it even bigger this year. Alex is the man and I couldn't have had the success I am having now without his help!

sems ok, kinda tough to follow, but it eventually works. I wish all these print on demand services actually had more products. It seems very generic
