CustomCat is the ultimate Shopify app for custom printing. It excels in print quality, offers lightning-fast turnaround times, and maintains excellent communication through emails and a thriving Facebook seller community group. Tried to like this POD but their print quality consistently failed to measure up. Customers constantly sending photos of print washing off on first wash. Customer service is prompt to reply but who cares about that when i don't have repeat customers due to poor quality. I had to go find a better POD.

I have been absolutely floored with Custom Cat's customer service and quality! I recently made a mistake with a large order - completely my fault - but contacted Custom Cat to see if there was any way they could help. The customer service rep Mike B empathized with me and went above and beyond to help alleviate the sting of my mistake, offering so much more help than I expected. You can trust you're in good hands with Custom Cat! Quality Control is also top notch...he shared that they had to remake several shirts in our order to meet quality standards before they were shipped and all that we received looked wonderful. Shipping was very fast too. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to using them more in the future!

I've been with Custom Cat since 2018 and absolutely love them. Over the years, I've seen the quality of their prints go up exponentially. The new Digisoft decoration method is out of this world and and absolute game changer. I can't recommend them enough. And sure, they've made a few mistakes over the years, but they've been super quick to resolve them and their customer service team has been so attentive to us. If you're looking for a POD that has exceptional quality AND a wide assortment of activewear, then Custom Cat is it.

Great app that works just as described. Easy to use and simple to add new products to my shop, and very fast shipping. The quality of the printing on the mugs is excellent. It would be nice if CustomCat would send an email to a seller, with shipping and tracking information, when an order is shipped.

Custom Cat is amazing, that's the most import piece if you don't want to read a lot. Here's why it's amazing...We previously did in house print. It was tough to decide we needed to go hands off in order to grow. It was tough determining which POD would have the products we were used to, the quality we delivery, fair pricing and good fulfillment times. They have ALL of that AND amazing support. Not that you need/want to call in as their video tutorials are amazing but when you have to call in it is excellent. Our account manager, JT has walked us through some things like the implementation of the app for use with Shopify and it is clear that they value their consumers. Stop reading and try it for yourself!

The CustomCat team is fantastic! They're extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And I love that they have folks that answer the phone. At a time when so many companies don't even offer any phone support, CustomCat maintains that personal connection. I highly recommend CustomCat.

I really wanted to like this app. I found it after a search for t-shirt drop-shippers with Shopify integration. I designed 4 shirts with identical layouts and the process is not at all intuitive. You can't just duplicate a design on another style of shirt. After several days of trial and error, I finally got the products exported and I ordered a sample. It arrived within a reasonable time and was OK-ish. The sizing seems very odd (short torso and short arms but wide chest) and the shirt was super stiff when I first pulled it out of the packaging. After washing, it was fine. The print quality is OK but not great. My main issue is that the products once exported into Shopify no longer live on their website and if you want to make changes to your current products, you need to start from scratch and re-export. If you want to see your current costs for a product you have to search through a spreadsheet to find it. I contacted customer support several times and did get timely responses but overall, the experience leaves me wanting. I am definitely searching for an alternative.
Thank you for your feedback. We are currently developing a feature in your CC dashboard that will display & allow edits to each variant you exported to your store. You may want to consider utilizing our exports templates which makes it easy use the same design on multiple garments on future exports. Or, you can select the products first, then upload the artwork on step 2 for a design to be automatically added to all the products you selected. We even have a bulk-editor that allows you to adjust the design positioning preset to multiple items at once. We provide a few different options for viewing the pricing of our catalog items (a spreadsheet being one) but you can also view the prices for our items in the catalog within the app and on our website. I’m sorry to hear the ¾ sleeve Next Level tri-blend baseball raglan didn’t fit you as expected. The shirt dimensions should match the size chart that exported to your product page. The stiffness you felt before washing is the pretreatment applied to the shirt to bond the ink to the fabric. This is somewhat unique to this style of shirt because of the combination of polyester, ringspun cotton & rayon can sometimes make the material a little stiff but the first wash takes care of that. Consider the T200 ¾ sleeve raglan which is 100% cotton or the 4420 Colorblock ¾ sleeve Raglan as alternatives. We appreciate the compliment about our support team. I don't write reviews too often, but a few words on Custom Cat... In the beginning we were highly skeptical about POD as a whole. Custom Cat made it extremely easy to understand and begin doing business, as we use it for our store on Shopify. In particular, Mike B. was instrumental in taking care us via customer service. The company is located in my hometown, so I was actually able to walk in and tour the facility...it's HUGE, and state of the art. They are really getting products out and ready for delivery in the fastest times that we've dealt with, by far. Anyway, highly recommended to the person that is on the fence or coming from another POD company for whatever reason. Hope this helped with your decision.

We had many customers complaining about the ink being stuck together and the ink peeling off the shirts in the first wash and the overall print quality being very poor. We deleted the app.

First off, I'm very biased. And here’s why, and after you read this review, and you try them you will be too. This company continually, amazes me and blows my mind. I've never worked with a Print on demand (POD) company that is so involved in their seller’s success. Perfect example is my last job, I had so many last-minute issues with the order due to my client, it was crazy. To say I was panicked, is an understatement. In the design and t-shirt business, time is gold that can melt away like ice on a hot day, if not handled quickly. But to them, no stress, calm business as usual and they got the job completed and out the door super-fast. I’m so grateful, even more so my client was so impressed with the quality and print. We will get more orders from them because they are singing our praises. THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT IS A HAPPY CLIENT. They made me a priority and they jumped through hoops to help me, and they always have. I felt like I was the only seller but that’s how everyone with CustomCat feels. If I could change anything, it would be more clothing style options for women. But it’s my understanding that is coming soon. Like seriously they are that Great! They take suggestions seriously. Its not like the other POD I’ve worked with where its them and then you. They are Truly in every sense of the word on the Same Team as you. They ALWAYS, answer my questions and address my concerns. Even if the question is DUH question, they are Never condescending or blow me off. They educate me and share knowledge that would take me years to gain. They build up, help, and educate All sellers they aren’t bias, and the Facebook group is in itself an asset. We love CustomCat (CC) so much we are dropping ever POD on or site that sells T-shirts. Why? Because we can’t rely on them, slow shipping, lack of communication the list goes on. However, CustomCat, they are the BOMB. CustomCat has hands down the best product, Bella canvas, Next level, Super soft Gildan and more, CustomCat has the Best Customer service. OH! And I almost forgot to mention they don’t care how big the order is they are on it. You can try the others but save yourself the headache and go with CustomCat. They set the standard by example. CustomCat, not only makes you believe the impossible is possible, by making it happen. They show you how to be successful. They are an asset you can Not afford to not have. Really enjoying my experience with CustomCat so far. They're one of the only POD companies I've found that does EOD — embroidery on demand. They have a large catalog of products, and great customer service too! I talked to Mike B. today for almost an hour about all sorts of things including a cool feature I didn't know about their app which will save me time loading collections of products to my site. I love the more personal experience they offer (you can actually call them) and will definitely be sending more of my business to them in the future. Recommend you give them a try too!
