CustomCat: Print on Demand

First off, I'm very biased. And here’s why, and after you read this review, and you try them you will be too. This company continually, amazes me and blows my mind. I've never worked with a Print on demand (POD) company that is so involved in their seller’s success. Perfect example is my last job, I had so many last-minute issues with the order due to my client, it was crazy. To say I was panicked, is an understatement. In the design and t-shirt business, time is gold that can melt away like ice on a hot day, if not handled quickly. But to them, no stress, calm business as usual and they got the job completed and out the door super-fast. I’m so grateful, even more so my client was so impressed with the quality and print. We will get more orders from them because they are singing our praises. THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT IS A HAPPY CLIENT. They made me a priority and they jumped through hoops to help me, and they always have. I felt like I was the only seller but that’s how everyone with CustomCat feels. If I could change anything, it would be more clothing style options for women. But it’s my understanding that is coming soon. Like seriously they are that Great! They take suggestions seriously. Its not like the other POD I’ve worked with where its them and then you. They are Truly in every sense of the word on the Same Team as you. They ALWAYS, answer my questions and address my concerns. Even if the question is DUH question, they are Never condescending or blow me off. They educate me and share knowledge that would take me years to gain. They build up, help, and educate All sellers they aren’t bias, and the Facebook group is in itself an asset. We love CustomCat (CC) so much we are dropping ever POD on or site that sells T-shirts. Why? Because we can’t rely on them, slow shipping, lack of communication the list goes on. However, CustomCat, they are the BOMB. CustomCat has hands down the best product, Bella canvas, Next level, Super soft Gildan and more, CustomCat has the Best Customer service. OH! And I almost forgot to mention they don’t care how big the order is they are on it. You can try the others but save yourself the headache and go with CustomCat. They set the standard by example. CustomCat, not only makes you believe the impossible is possible, by making it happen. They show you how to be successful. They are an asset you can Not afford to not have. Really enjoying my experience with CustomCat so far. They're one of the only POD companies I've found that does EOD — embroidery on demand. They have a large catalog of products, and great customer service too! I talked to Mike B. today for almost an hour about all sorts of things including a cool feature I didn't know about their app which will save me time loading collections of products to my site. I love the more personal experience they offer (you can actually call them) and will definitely be sending more of my business to them in the future. Recommend you give them a try too!

Great app and great fulfillment. I got a very quick help from your support team to fix personalization issues. My friend introduced you to me, you made his orders shipped out within 1-2 days, which surprised me a lot, so I decided to use the app.

I used this app for 3 years to help me do fulfill. I really like how it does support service (VN and US) . It would be nice if it did (never out of stock) better

I have not started selling but CustomCat has already earned all my sympathy. Great products, great mockups and the best support team I have seen for a long long time. I just miss the possibility of keeping products ready to upload or edit, and an easier shipping setup. Still, I have checked many POD apps and this is the best by far for me. Just go for it.

I love Custom Cat so much. They have a fast production and shipping system, a diverse selection of shirts with reasonable prices, enthusiastic and friendly support team. They have been helping me build my business better. Really love them!

Can't say enough about Custom Cat. Been using custom cat for about 5 years now, and they've always delivered great quality products, not to mention the size of their collection is one of the biggest in the POD space. Alex Phillips has been a superstar in regards to keeping me updated with Custom Cat's products (so I can launch products as fast as possible), any account / customer issues that have arisen, and much more. Thus far I've spent well over $400,000 across multiple businesses using Custom Cat.

I love CustomCat! The support is amazing. I couldn't get the personalization aspect to play nice with my new Shopify theme (Debut) so I reached out to CustomCat for help. Just got this email from Alex: "I just fixed it. Interestingly, your theme's product template did not contain 'jquery' which is pretty standard for all themes I have worked with. Once I added the line of code to your product template it fixed the issue. Test it out and make sure it works for you!" YAY, it now works!!!

FF was overall a great experience for shipping a first-time. The sales staff are helpful and responsive, and the order management software is clean and easy to use.

The quality of the product in addition to the extremely kind and helpful support team at CustomCat has made this experience seamless and enjoyable. My partner and I launched a business with CustomCat in a matter of weeks and are now fully automated. It has been the easiest experience I've had with fulfillment and I highly recommend CustomCat!

I have been with CustomCat for 3 month now and they have never let me down. They get items out faster than any other company I've tried. Their support team is prompt to get replacements out. They have a great community and it's easy to used

I've been using CustomCat for 3 weeks now after a recommendation from a colleague. My main POD provider was struggling getting orders out timely for the holidays. CC really came through for me. Very consistent with processing orders and so far great reviews from customers. I will continue to use them beyond the holiday. And the thing I loved the best is they have been excellent with communication which many POD providers lack.

Quality control and support doenst exist at all. They are repeatedly shipping misprinted/wrong orders and even after 10 days i havent recevied any response from them. It would be better if they just SHUT DOWN!

CustomCat quality has been terrible in the last few months. We have numerous complaints from our customer regarding the quality of our products. In addition, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone on the phone. I have called numerous times as well as sent emails asking for someone to call me to resolve this and have gotten ZERO reply. We are at the point if we don't get someone to contact us soon we are going to move our business to another vendor. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

Hard to navigate and figure out how to use. No help forum or anyone to talk to live for help. hARD TO UNDERSTAND

I have been a believer of CC from day 1. I am able to offer my customers a variety of quality products making their shopping experience that much better. They make sure no matter what issues happen my shop and customers are taken care of. Once you understand the overall process of things it is easy and makes running my POD business that much simpler. Here is to many more years with CC!

They have many great quality items to choose from, the production time is extremely fast, the customer service is quick to respond and extremely helpful I would highly recommend them you won't regret it.
