It's the best POD fulfilment company in the United States. Working with CustomCat for over 3 Years. Highly recommended to every seller! Pros: - Highly competitive base cost + shipping fee - Fast production time: normally ~1-3 business days, in peak season ~2-5 - Large product catalogue: tees, mugs, accessories, ornament, bags and 50+ types - Responsible policy: free replacement/refund for lost/defect/wrong packages - Excellent support: via email, FB group and even FB messaging to staff/managers - Powerful system: can upload 250 designs images, and generate over 1,000 products at once Special thanks to Michael, Alex, Joshua and Brett for the great help in these years!

CustomCat is a fantastic POD partner! They generally ship faster than anyone else I've tried, and their quality is great. On those rare occasions when there is an issue with a product, they take care of it quickly.

if i could give them -5 stars I would. Unless you want to have to replace every item for crap print quality or terrible embroidery, hard pass on this one. theres pleny other POD companies that do quality work and actually QC thier products before shipping. This company has cost me thousands of dollars in replacements because of incorrect colors and just flat out embarssing work. in response to the comment below. the wrong embroidery color was only the final straw in literally every project being an embarassing mess. I am not new to the embroidery or POD worlds. the work you do is absolutely substandard.

We do our best to make the design guidelines/embroidery rules readily available and have a standing offer for sellers to email any specific art files to our support team ([email protected]) to confirm that they are conducive to our embroidery standards. I also see that Brett has reached out to you. Hopefully we can come to some sort of resolution.

The app is very poorly designed and not intuitive at all. I also did not realize that this is the same company as MyLocker. I've ordered multiple samples from them through Printify and the quality was terrible. They were the worst prints I've ever received.

CustomCat is one the best print on demand company out there. I have being using them fulfil my faith based apparel products for years. I love their customer service especially Mr. mike who goes extra mile to help you out. Their app is user friendly. They have variety of product to pick from compare to other print on demand company. Their printing quality is great, and no complain from my customers.

Custom Cat is by far the best fulfillment company I work with. They're better than Printify, Printful and all others. I'm working diligently on moving all things over. Great to work with, and easy to deal with. Turnaround is great, and they stand by what they do.

I have been an active user of Customcat for a couple of years. I am very impressed with the support, ongoing improvements, shipping times, addition of new products and community. Best POD out there. Updating this review 2 years later they are everything said above and more! They have worked really hard listening to seller and improving shipping, app and products. Communication is the key and they have it!

First off Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to the awesome people working at CustomCat. I especially want to thank Mike for taking my call and fully educating me on the processes of print on demand. Mike listened very carefully to my questions and provided the answers in a very clear way. I am a graphic artist and new to the Print on Demand scene. I used to print via silk screen and used the post office as my shipping center. Fast forward to 2018 and thanks to CC, I can sit back and focus on designing artwork. With CC's affordable product prices and affordable shipping costs, I can now get rid of my warehouse and printing supplies. As a graphic artist this is the ultimate experience; all I have to do is draw, upload and let my marketing skills and CC do the rest. The value of my time being free to draw verses shopping for supplies and setting up the screens is definitely worth the monthly premium. Thanks again CC for doing the hard work and offering very low prices for the service.
