Today, I had my first order come through but I forgot to select my vendor to CustomCat on my products list. Due to this error, my product order wasn't showing up in the CustomCat App. I called CustomCat and spoke with Brett about the issue. He was very pleasant to work with and walked me through what I needed to do so he could manually process my order. Since this is my first time using CustomCat, he was so kind to go through how the entire process works so I had a better understanding. Although I've only used their service for a short period of time, I would highly recommend this company for any of your Print on Demand needs. The order process is flawless and allows you to pause any order if you need to make changes before it goes into production. Not to mention, the customer service is exceptional.
