I just called Custom Cat because I placed an order for myself that is over two weeks old. I spoke with Brett and learned that the mistake was mine because I had the wrong settings activated. Anyway, Brett took the time to help me fix the problem step by step and he also gave me some great tips for the future. It is so important it is to me that I get someone on the phone from Custom Cat and they help me work the problem step by step.
