After Using this App for couple of weeks I can say this is the best way to get rid of unwanted customers specially in markets like Pakistan where there a alot of spam customers

This app is fantastic. I am able to block countries, bots, specific IP addresses, prevent right-clicking, saving of my images, and click and drag actions by others. I get better stats on who has visited than even Shopify gives me. I really love this app.

Customers can easily get around the "block" feature simply by using an incognito window. There's no button for support in the app

I recently installed the Easyban-Country blocker. The support staff is amazing (Rich) with their fast responses and detailed solutions. The features blow away my previous app. The app is most definetly user orientated. The price is right, the support is right, the product is right. Do the right thing...look no further...Designer Spandex and MORE.

No response to request for help. Wrote in a name to block, person is still creating an issue. Would think they would want to help resolve an issue. UPDATE: 6/12 Did respond and are working to help me resolve an issue UPDATE 6/13 - Would recommend now based on their response to helping. Took some time, but they did take care of the customer. Sometimes, that's all we need.

Great app! Our Shopify store syncs with our warehouse automatically, so even if we did notice something that seemed suspicious, the warehouse had usually already packed and shipped it. Now the high-risk orders are canceled very quickly, we don't need to worry about auto-ship of high-risk orders anymore.

The app doesnt stop the customer from placing the order in the first place but only cancelling. Is this correct?

This function will only auto-cancel the order of qualified customers after placing an order but will not block them from your store. If you need to block particular customers from visiting your store, please add filters in BLOCKLIST so that they cannot place any order. Let us know if you need any support. Thank you very much!
