Absolutely horrendous customer support; I have tried to reach them since April 2023 to help me troubleshoot (hello@customer.guru). None of my reviews show up on the testimonials page. Not sure if it is a code problem or something else (I've copied/pasted their exact custom code for my store). Originally, individual NPS reviews showed up fine, and after some time they stopped displaying. Given the absolute lack of support, there is no way I would sign up to any of their plans and cannot recommend using them. I'm hopeful they will be able to help, and I'm willing to update this review when the time comes; until then, it is zero stars.

Fantastic app, poor support. I've sent multiple emails and I haven't received a response to any of them. How can I pay your subscription if I can't trust I will get the support I need? PS: I posted this review on July 7th, still no replies from you guys. What's going on????

Customer guru NPS gives a good general over view of customer satisfaction. It would be helpful if we were able to follow up on the feedback and ask "why do you feel this way" which would give deeper insight.

So far it is very easy to use. VM of the website is better ands resulted in a better user interface for us

easy to install and use. Would be awesome to be able to archive scores rather than deleting them. nice dashboard feature
