easy to install and use. Would be awesome to be able to archive scores rather than deleting them. nice dashboard feature

I have had customer guru for a while on our website now. Its lovely, as it gets customers to try out products. The only reason I gave it 4 starts is so they can maybe improve the appearance of their comments. Contine the good work! Thanks

We are still very small (under 100 customers). We did get about a 10% feedback rate. What was nice was that when I ran the app I did get responses from my happy customers, which was a nice thing because we got a couple of new reviews for the site. At this point, it's not financially worthwhile to upgrade to the paid version but I would definitely consider it when the site is making enough to justify it! One thing I will say is that I had a technical request and it was resolved relatively quickly. So, thank you, Juraj.

So far, so good. Only been using it for a few hours. Would like to have a way to import ratings and comments from our previous system. And would like the ability to customize the embedded feedback wiget look and feel to better match our branding.

La idea de la aplicación es muy buena pero no es funcional pues no se puede mostrar en el homepage o en una página interna. PAra lograr ello hay que conocer códificar y eso limita su aplicación. Muy limitada. Aprecio su interés en arreglar el problema. Me contactaron y arreglaron los inconvenientes.
