Fantastic app, poor support. I've sent multiple emails and I haven't received a response to any of them. How can I pay your subscription if I can't trust I will get the support I need? PS: I posted this review on July 7th, still no replies from you guys. What's going on????
Customer guru NPS gives a good general over view of customer satisfaction. It would be helpful if we were able to follow up on the feedback and ask "why do you feel this way" which would give deeper insight.
So far it is very easy to use. VM of the website is better ands resulted in a better user interface for us
easy to install and use. Would be awesome to be able to archive scores rather than deleting them. nice dashboard feature
I have had customer guru for a while on our website now. Its lovely, as it gets customers to try out products. The only reason I gave it 4 starts is so they can maybe improve the appearance of their comments. Contine the good work! Thanks
