I love working with this team. I already use their other app for my Google feed so this was a no brainer especially for the price and the level of support you get. I am excited to try different segments and really boost my ads. Highly recommend using these guys- special thanks to Saad who always help with ALL my questions.

Having 14 day trial with zero hassle installing was really useful to be able to test the app works as desired. The cost of the app is minimal and I'm comfortable with the interface having used Simprosys Google Shopping Feed previously. I found the setup for Google Audience was completed within a minute and whilst I needed to setup a customer match list first in Microsoft Ads to accept terms and conditions in Microsoft Ads before I could complete the setup in the app, the Simprosys support team was quick to respond and were happy to guide me through the setup via a Google Meet with me presenting my screen so I was in control each step of the way. We also setup Facebook within a couple of minutes. I've already started to create my own additional custom audience groups, with the app adding four of it's own recommended filters by default. So straight forward and great value for money with excellent support team. Thank you very much, I really appreciate this app.

Installed this app and it crashed my shopify store. Using the Cornerstone theme. Can't recommed. A pain. Uninstalled and it's still crashed
Thank you for writing here. Concerns explained here are completely misplaced. This app is purely a backend app. Through this app, we don't take access to any part of your store front. It might just have been a coincidence of installation time and something else gone wrong. That was the main reason, the issue did not get fixed when you had uninstalled the app. I request you to kindly review any other activity followed by either you or any of your other team member during that period. Hope you can understand.

So far, so good. Easy to connect to your Google account and quickly sync customer lists. Customer lists appear in your Google account straight away. Shiva was super helpful with questions I had during set up.

This is an inexpensive but well optimized app for creating customer lists for better targeting of Google ads. Our business has used it for the past 3-4 years and it has worked in the background without any hassle. For the price we pay, I'd say it makes sense to install it. I recommend this app.

A very important app if you need to keep updating the customers lists used in Google and Facebook Ads campaigns, this app is tracking in real time each new customer and this means improving performance sales campaigns! I strongly recommend it a lot, it is very important for campaigns! Best client service ever and thanks to Milan for everything!!!

I highly recommend the Customer Match List app of Simprosys for running ad campaigns. I have used it on a number of my stores and have found it efficient and well optimized. The entire suite of Simprosys products is user friendly and great to work with. Great support team as well.
