the app seems to work, no idea, you can't do anything with this app at all, it has no functions and support didn't get back to me after 4 days and 3 email requests.
Dear Merchant, Hope you are doing well. I am Milan Vaghela, Product Lead at Simprosys InfoMedia. We have already replied to the queries you have raised in our Support email box. But it appears thst you are not getting it in your email box it may have happened that our email might have landed in your Spam box. So can you please check your spam box and get back to us by replying to it? Also, If you still have any issues with the app or anything, we can get on the call via Google Meet call. You can also connect with us using the Live Chat facility from the App interface using the "Get Support" widget. Awaiting your reply. Thanks.
