We are using the app on 2 stores and encountered some pricing update issue. Mohit from support was extremely professional, responsive, kept us updated with the progress they've made and needless to say we now have a solution in place. Thanks, guys, great support!

We were having pricing issues so an urgent request was sent out. Despite the time difference, they sent back a response (almost immediately), filled with detailed instructions, screenshot images, and with a genuine passion to help. That last part, you have to truly appreciate - Technical expertise is one thing, but to be genuine in your passion to help others, that's another. Amazing apps, even better Support system - Thanks Harry!

I needed some liquid installed and tested and Lurii was the human that reached out. The very first email response I received was Lurii telling me everything had been set up and tested. How business should be done by everyone. To the point, efficient, and friendly. 5 star human

Every time I contact Bold, I get almost immediate response via email and of course immediate response via chat. GURI assisted me multiple times with this app and Recurring Membership App. GURI is quick and knows what he is doing. Awesome App too...Thanks

These guys ROCK! Seriously, Bold app's are amazing and their customer support team are legit rock stars while still being normal, easy to talk to people. This app works great for our needs and because of that have implemented others. Can't say enough great things about Bold Apps and their team!!

Great app that allowed us to avoid cloning our store for non-members. The support offered by Bold was INCREDIBLE - we had some issues when trying to use the app and they went above and beyond with troubleshooting the issue, adding code to correct it, and also with every customization/tweak we wanted to make.

This app is what makes our online store trustworthy and convinces the buyer to buy it from us rather than elsewhere. I think 3 words are appropriate for your team: patient, they keep the promise, professional. You're great, so far I have not one bad experience.

SO far so good using the customer pricing app! At first i didn't use the Robo Installer because is was in Beta however it worked perfectly for me. A must have feature for our wholesale store online! Thanks Bold Team and App Developers! -Vape In The Box, LLC

This app has been really great so far. What has been even better is the customer support!! They have been so easy to deal with and incredibly fast with all requests. Kirtana was a great help with some simple customisations and was so speedy to set them up! Thanks again!
