My web site was already working for my direct customer but I had to do manual invoice for my commercial customer that use my product for resale with a margin. It was a lot of work to produce the invoice, send statement, track for payment, I had one employee full time for this administration duty. With the app "customer pricing", I was able to sell to my regular customer and to my wholsale network with special tag and offer them margin on the product. I can with the app, manage different price list, hide or add a prodcut to a customer and do custom price list. Two years ago, I sent every wholesale customer to my web site, they had to log-in and order on-line. It is very easy for us now, they pay directly at the order, they get their invoice and we ship them the merchandise. Its less paper work, and our cashflow is better, they pay net at the order. I reduce the work needed at the administration to put the emphasize on production and customer service. We are more efficient since we add the app "customer pricing" on our web site. The support team did a lot to help me install and start with my different price list. I know I'm not specific but they stay connected with me until I was totally satisfied with the app. It take a little time to understand how the app works and they answer all my question. I had to adapt some of my product option. I have different customized "product.liquid" that add some detail about our product. They helped me by doing some coding to get everything fine. I worke with a lot of support team online but the Bold team is great!

Customer Pricing is a great app! It helps us to create different price layers for different customers, also it is beautifully and clean designed hence very user friendly. We highly recommend it!

This is a great. I have 3 different types of customers and it was a nightmare manually changing each of them to their set rankings. This is seamless, simple and works really well. I would really recommend this to anyone who has 2+ customer pricing levels.

Excellent customer service. You will not get a more dedicated supplier than this, they have gone above and beyond. When it comes to customer service, my expectations are rarely met, but this company blew them away. Service, service and more service. You will not go wrong with these guys!

Super easy! It was ready to import my wholesale customers within minutes! Paid the $40 to have them install my code since I am not well versed in web jargon which was totally worth it!

I have just started a wholesale business with Shopify. This app makes it 100x easier to setup up different pricing tiers. The customer support is AWESOME. They installed the code for us and then we changed themes. We lost the coding for this app through this process and they did it again for us to help us out! Awesome peeps. Cheers to this app and making life a whole lot easier.

Stoked this app is available. 75% of our business is Wholesale and this makes online ordering MUCH MUCH easier for our clients. Also Mohammad has been a really big help when we needed customer service with the app. I would highly recommend this app if you would like to offer price breaks for returning customers, wholesale customers, family or friends that want to order directly, this is easier than a coupon code.

This is great app! I needed to set up pricing for my wholesale customers and it only took me a couple of hours of work to get all the prices entered manually. I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to set up for wholesalers or just give price breaks.

Shappify's Customer Specific Pricing app solved our wholesale pricing problems in a more elegant and intuitive way than the other apps we tried. While installing the app requires you to search through your .liquid files to replace code in several places (and honestly, the instructions need a little work), Shappify support was very responsive when we needed help. Once installed, the app has performed flawlessly, and the usability experience for wholesale customers of our herbal healthcare products is greatly improved. We'll be exploring ways to offer incentive pricing to our retail customers with the app as well, something the other wholesale solutions didn't do. Kudos to Shappify.

CSP app its what I have been looking for to give my top customers some incentive to keep coming to my store once I make the very first sale to theme (we all know thats expensive). This app gives me full control on my pricing levels. Truly truly recommend it, even though it seems expensive, it is not as all quality products, apps and services... I truly recomend it!

I never thought that Shappify can come out with a brilliant app like this! It's like a dream come true when I saw this and I've been itching to try it with my new marketing plan. And to know that it comes from Shappify gives me all the confidence I needed; knowing how quick help arrives when you need one. James has been nothing short of brilliant in his relentless support. I don't know how these guys work at super quick time but I know I can depend on the Shappify team anytime. Truly a wonderful wonderful app that will grow my business.
