It does provide an alternate login group-- a wholesale log in, in my case, with alternate pricing-- but I find the individual item editing a little clunky. Still learning how to use it well.

Very early days and still testing, but instructions for a new user like me where very clear. Does what I need it to do currently and would recommend if you, like us, have retail and wholesale customers.

Love it, does exactly what I had hoped for, needed a facility to allow wholesale customers to see wholesale prices and buy online. I paid the extra to get the liquid installed, it was done quickly and without any hassle. Well worth it! Highly recommend Addrianna www.barrydoyledesign.com

We love all of Bold Apps, so it is not surprising that this app is amazing! So so easy to create tiered pricing for different products and not have to use discount codes. I love how they allow you to add products by collections (not just smart collections) because it saved so much time! We are so excited that our wholesale customers can use our retail website so easily!

A great little app that achieves big ideas - we were able to create a virtual 'Member's Lounge' thanks to Customer Pricing. It was easy for us to implement, and creates a better online experience for our valued Members.

We've been working on our site and haven't actually gone live yet (still waiting on the credit card processor to do their magic), but so far this app is awesome! Thank you for an amazing tool that makes our lives so much easier!

I started using the app and had a minor conflict with another plugin. The customer support for this product helped me out and solved the problem for me with ease. Would definitely recommend.

We needed to find a solution to our wholesale pricing dilemma and the Bold Apps Customer Pricing Application solved the problem! We contacted them first to make sure the app could support what we needed. They were very responsive and assured us that it could. We told them that we were not ‘liquid’ savvy and they offered to do the install for us for an extra $40. It was totally worth it! The app was installed within 24 hours (although they said it could be up to 3 days). After it was completed, the Bold Apps team sent us a video to show us how to test the app to make sure it worked properly. They also offered additional videos for set-up, etc. It was very easy and the app works perfectly!! We are more than pleased with Customer Pricing by Bold Apps and the customer service was amazing. This app helped make accommodating our larger wholesale customers with their appropriate price levels, saved me weeks of time, and has saved our sales reps countless hours of manual transactions to calculate discounts. Liquid installs were 2-3 days behind when I added this app, installation was done NEXT DAY. These guys at bold apps really keep on top of their game. Thanks, guys!

So far this app has worked great for us! We needed a solution for wholesale accounts to order online, so we can track orders and inventory through shopify. This has done the trick. And the support staff responds very quickly to help with any issues

Really great experience with this app so far. Just make sure you watch the introductory video before diving in. There are some tidbits in there even web savvy people couldn't know without seeing it. Works like a charm and the customization is through the roof.

This app provided exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to be able to tag customers and when they log in, they see different prices than anyone else. On the outside, it looks nice and clean. Internally, there was a lot of work to do because creating every pricing bracket for every product created product variations, each one with a unique price. Our products already had dozens of variations, so to have them multiplied was tedious. But once the setup was complete, the functionality is awesome!

This app works well once you understand clearly how customer tags function. If your applying the CSP groups to your whole customer list then its very easy to do right inside the app. If you want to assign CSP's to specific customer groups, a little bit of pre-tagging in your customer list is needed, but its easy to do via import/export customer lists in Shopify. I had some difficulty in the beginning because I was not using the tags properly, but the BOLD apps support crew helped me sort it out and get it up and running right. A feature suggestion I have is if BOLD could add a tag filter rule for "time", whereas the money spent rules would apply for a specific term such as a "year"; this way I could require my membership group to meet the spending requirements on an annual basis to maintain the preferred discount level. Very good app!

This app is very easy to setup and very useful. You can decide to let the app automatically tag the customers based on certain criteria, or to do it manually if you want to have total control on it, so no compromise at all. You can choose everything, the customers' slabs, and which discount apply to each of them, to apply different discount levels to the same customer based on collections or specific products, everything you will need to customize, you will be able to do. Definitively worth the price!
