the support team have been great in helping me configure this app and some problems that I am seeing when creating discounts. Chandan has been awesome, very quick to respond with very clear explanations and instructions.

I couldn't figure out how to adjust the minimum qty break of 1, got in touch and Harpreet managed to fix it in two minutes flat. He was really helpful and friendly and can only recommend their service.

This app has allowed us to streamline how we sell to our dealer network and make the whole buying process more easy and efficient for them an us. The Bold support team has helped us through several challenging issues along the way as well. Just this morning we noticed a new issue and Challi and Guri from their support team were able to pinpoint the problem and resolve the issue within 2 hours. That is amazing customer service!

I've received help from Challi and Mayank and I have to say, they were amazing. They helped me through my problems and stayed in chat until the problem was solved. And these were not common problems. We have a unique tiered customer framework with discounts on 3 groups of selected products; this app helped us make it a simple task. Shout out to Azm who was tireless and patient in helping me get started!

Such an amazing app to help incentivize customers in so many ways. Our store would not have grown without the features this app offers, and the fact it's so easy to use makes it that much better. I've enjoyed this app so much that I installed it onto our new store. When I ran into a coding issue on my end, Stephanie from customer support helped me work out the issue. That's actually another point I'd like to make. Bold Apps customer service is the best. Seriously hands down the best. Thank you Bold Apps and if you've read this, just download the app... you won't regret it.

Massive thank you to Mayank who helped this noob figure out why the pricing wasn't coming up correctly as I panicked then laughed at myself for my utter noobness. They are extremely helpful and highly recommend this app and the support team to anyone trying to impement crazy discount set up for their multitude of customers :)

Pretty handy app to create different pricing structures and then easily assign to different customers.

We have used the Bold app (for tiered pricing) for quite some time now. We recently had a problem due to changes and they helped us get this resolved. We heavily rely on the tiered pricing so we are very happy with this app.

Abhishek helped me out to fix some updating issues I didn't understand, he was very patient with me, explaining all the details and did some trouble shooting until all the issues were resolved. Definitely took a load of my worries for the day. I love this app, it works well for customers buying bulk.
