EntangleTies™ review for Customily Product Personalizer

This is a fantastic app with tons of customization options, though it does come with a steep learning curve. What really makes the difference is the support team, they’re patient and helpful every step of the way. I especially want to thank Flor (Florencia), who went above and beyond. She instantly solved a mockup issue that other reps had to escalate, and even took extra time after our chat to fix a complex design logic problem and follow up with me by email. That kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated! I actually tried to leave this note in the chat review, but the page refreshed, so I’m leaving it here instead.
