I’ve been working with Customily and have had a really positive experience with their support team. The one-to-one calls and guided walkthroughs have been a real advantage, especially when getting started. In particular, Jose has been incredibly helpful throughout and continues to provide excellent support whenever needed. The front end looks professional and user friendly, and once you get familiar with how the software works, it’s possible to create some highly interactive and engaging personalisation templates that are easy for customers to use. The only area I feel could be improved is the introductory video content. I found some of the tutorials a little difficult to follow due to a noticeable lag between the presenter speaking and the on-screen actions. I think re-recording these videos with a slightly slower pace would make the onboarding process much clearer for new users.
