I'm not fully up and running with Customily yet, but so far my experience has been excellent. I've had two support sessions, and both were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood how to set things up for my store. From what I've seen so far, the app appears to be exactly what I need to offer personalized products and streamline the customization process for my customers. Henri è stato molto disponibile e paziente nell'aiutarmi a configurare Customily. Sto ancora valutando se l'app è quella giusta per le mie esigenze, ma il supporto ricevuto è stato eccellente. Purtroppo un limite importante è la mancanza di assistenza in italiano, il che rende difficile completare la configurazione come vorrei. Grazie!
