Lightning Laser Engraving review for Customily Product Personalizer

Daniela has been phenomenal! She has been a huge help all along the way. She deserves 5 stars. However, the app, not so much. The app is very glitchy and the tech support has been less than stellar. We reached out to support, explained the problem in detail. We were told that it's just fine. She(support) even sent us a video showing us it was working fine but wasn't even the right product that we were having problems with. Later she then found the issue and fixed it. Another issue we had is the customly "add to cart" button wouldn't appear until you clicked on a variant of a product. This app might not be for those of us who aren't coders.
