Customily Product Personalizer

Customily broke our personalised orders for three weeks, and support was slow to take it seriously. We've used Customily for our house signs and address decals. It worked well until mid-August, when an update stopped customers' choices reaching our Shopify orders. We found the cause ourselves, down to the exact add-to-cart request, and sent it in. Support spent more than two weeks asking whether we'd changed our theme and closed the ticket on us while it was still broken. The fix they shipped created a new fault: every dropdown choice now reaches the order as the default option. Alignment, font and mounting method all come through wrong. The live preview also lags one step behind the customer's selection. Meanwhile we're fielding phone calls and emails from frustrated customers whose cart doesn't match what they picked, and checking every order by hand before it goes to production. At $49 a month plus a fee on every order, Customily is one of the most expensive apps on our store. For that, we expect updates that don't break a live store, and support that acts on clear evidence. We haven't had either.

Jose and the entire Customily team have been incredible partners in bringing our custom patch program to life. From the initial setup through launch, they took the time to understand our vision and worked closely with us to make it a reality. Jose consistently went above and beyond, working overtime to troubleshoot bugs, resolve unexpected issues, and make sure everything functioned the way we needed it to. His responsiveness, patience, and commitment made all the difference during such an important launch. We are incredibly grateful for the support we received and could not recommend Jose and the Customily team more highly. They truly care about their customers’ success and will do whatever it takes to help bring a complex program across the finish line.

Yes the subscription is not the cheapest but the support you get by customily to launch is worth every cent. Thank you Max for your constant support!

I’ve never used an app that has such easy access to get the help and support you need from a team like customily app. Maximiliano and Jose would reply to my emails and walked me through creating the back end of my project. It took a while for me to get it but we’d meet constantly over zoom until I did. The customer service makes everything more worthwhile.

Working with Jose and the Customily team has been great. Communication has always been spot on, but what I probably appreciate the most is the support. We’ve had a few unique situations with some of the products we’ve worked on, and instead of just telling us what the software can or can’t do, their team actually helps us figure out a solution. That’s a big deal for me. The product itself can handle a lot, especially when you’re dealing with more complex personalization. But having the team there to help you actually get the personalizer set up the way you need it is what really separates them. Customily is definitely going to be my go-to for product personalization moving forward, whether it’s for something I’m working on directly or for one of my agency clients.

Great app and even better support. We ran into a tricky compatibility issue where Customily wasn't loading on product pages built with a third-party page builder (Instant AI Page Builder) — their detection script couldn't recognize the page as a real product page because of how the "Add to cart" button was set up. I reached out to support explaining the issue in detail, and they got it fixed quickly. Really appreciate a team that actually digs into edge cases like this instead of just pointing to generic docs. Highly recommend Customily if you're looking for solid product personalization with support that actually solves problems.

They always come back with suggestions or solutions for my design issues and requests. I'm very happy with their timely responses, as we usually want to fix our product issues right away. When I struggle to understand something, they share a video to show me how to do it, and I'm grateful for this, highly recommend!

There is a learning curve to the software however the support is amazing
