Customily has been a great app for our store. The service is very good, the customization features are powerful, and it has helped us offer a much better experience to our customers. I also want to highlight the support team, especially Josema. The service has been excellent — always attentive, helpful, and willing to assist whenever needed. That kind of support makes a big difference. We are very happy with the app and with the overall experience.

App has a bit of a learning curve, but support has been really helpful getting launched, especially Florencia Diaz! I lucked out in the live chat with her as my agent cause she made everything super clear and even set up a few steps so I could see how everything should be connected. Really appreciate the help Flor!

Tried it for 2 weeks, wasted a lot of time. Hard to learn, clunky at best. Pus 20 minutes to render a file, does not work if you are doing 20 + orders per day.

Updating review as the support has been very helpful in resolving issues found during setup. The app is a really great concept and the products look great. Just think, you can basically customize any product you can image in almost any way and for antipode.com this involves our users being able to print maps and/or even their own town, city or home on a phone case, poster, deskmap or pretty much anything else they can imagine. The app does involve investing some time to learn the ins and outs but this is the same as shopify itself if you want to lunch a great store. If you have any support issues that are not getting resolved then ask for Brian specifically and he will get it fixed.

Customily is really THE tool to use when you are not an engineer and want to make your work efficient. On top of that, the suppert of Florencia, Ngoc and Jose (and also Brian and others) is really awesome. I don't feel like using a ghost tool with no people behind and this is why it makes it so comfortable and efficient at the same time. I strongly can recommend it to other users!!

Customily has been amazing to work with! Their support team was incredibly helpful and patient with me through the whole setup process. There is a little learning curve at first, but once you understand how everything connects, it becomes very straightforward and powerful.
