I have been using this app for approximately four months. It is a very powerful tool, particularly for users who are willing to invest a significant amount of time learning its capabilities. However, the application is not very intuitive. The interface feels clunky and poorly designed, with many tools feeling disconnected from one another. Additionally, the designer experience is especially frustrating. Overall, the app would greatly benefit from a comprehensive overhaul to improve usability, cohesion, and ease of use.

I recently changed theme and couldn't get customily to intergrate correctly. Oriana over e-mail fixed the issue quickly and now my new site is up and running. Very happy with their customer service and always have been.

EDIT Now i have been waiting three weeks for a refund, that support said i will get as soon as i cancel my subscription. Avoid using this app. They will take your money fast, even if you spend it because they cant fix all the bugs. In short what i can tell to anyone who wil read this review in the future, i do not recomend using this app. It is really hard to learn, really far away from being user friendly. What i like about shopify is that it is really easy to set up and use, but with this app i had to waste 10s of hours just to learn the way it works. Besides all that, it has almost none flexibility when it comes to visual looks. So if you want it to fit your theme, good luck with all the coding. Support is ok, but if you live in a different time zone, also good luck trying to fix and get all your questions answered in 1 email every 24 hours. When it comes to bugs, it has a lot of them. From basic designs to other custom options. If you want to waste your time trying to understand everything, good luck. The demo website that you can visit with all the desings, well half of them are not an option in the app. If you ask for them, you will get a link on how to create them yourself. All in all, the app seemed promising, but i would not recomend using it. Unless you have few simple desings on a mug or something. But if you want to create something a bit more difficult, do not waste your time.

Refund timelines afterward depend on the payment provider or bank, but the process on our side was completed at that time. The entire team was helpful from the very beginning to implementation. They were efficient and communications were timely. It was a little tricky at first creating a template and option set but after some experimentation I got everything up and running.

Terrible experience for 10 months now. The customer care and technical help department send ai emails that are repetitive saying the same thing, "Looks like you haven't responded, we are closing the ticket now." Meanwhile I am flooding their emails demanding help or a full refund as the service was never used and not functional for 11 months. Worse experience of all millions of apps out there on the platforms.$50 x 11 of which they can confirm it is not functional nor has been used? The company's CEO must have been a car salesman through college.

It's very difficult to use. The instructions and videos only provide a brief overview, but the relationship between each function is not clearly explained, and there's no step-by-step guide.

Customily is THE one tool which is perfect for any merchandiser who wants to provide a seamless personalisation experience. I used a paid Theme (Concept) and the intergation of Customily is automatic and flawless. Also, the Support from Jose is great - you can book 30-45min 1to1 slots to help you out with the setup or any question you may have. I strongly can further recommend!!!
