NGOC from customer support helped me greatly with something i was trying to figure out for days. God bless him. if i can have my choice of which customer service rep it would be him every trip.

Customily is really THE tool to use when you are not an engineer and want to make your work efficient. On top of that, the suppert of Florencia, Ngoc and Jose (and also Brian and others) is really awesome. I don't feel like using a ghost tool with no people behind and this is why it makes it so comfortable and efficient at the same time. I strongly can recommend it to other users!!

Customily has been amazing to work with! Their support team was incredibly helpful and patient with me through the whole setup process. There is a little learning curve at first, but once you understand how everything connects, it becomes very straightforward and powerful. This app made it possible for me to offer personalized products, and I truly appreciate all their help. Highly recommend!

I recently changed theme and couldn't get customily to intergrate correctly. Oriana over e-mail fixed the issue quickly and now my new site is up and running. Very happy with their customer service and always have been.

The entire team was helpful from the very beginning to implementation. They were efficient and communications were timely. It was a little tricky at first creating a template and option set but after some experimentation I got everything up and running.

It's very difficult to use. The instructions and videos only provide a brief overview, but the relationship between each function is not clearly explained, and there's no step-by-step guide.
