I should have read more of the many one star reviews before starting to use this app. In fact 'use it' is a bit inaccurate because i have had the app installed for 20 days now and not a single order has worked successfully. Literally no order works and the app simply doesn't do what it is marketed as being able to do. Does this app even work or has anyone used it successfully before? Support have no idea why literally not a single order works. Any custom order on my store just fails and rejection comes back 10 minutes later. The interface on the store isn't great either and could really be improved but thats the least of the concern.

I have been using this app for approximately four months. It is a very powerful tool, particularly for users who are willing to invest a significant amount of time learning its capabilities. However, the application is not very intuitive. The interface feels clunky and poorly designed, with many tools feeling disconnected from one another. Additionally, the designer experience is especially frustrating. Overall, the app would greatly benefit from a comprehensive overhaul to improve usability, cohesion, and ease of use.

EDIT Now i have been waiting three weeks for a refund, that support said i will get as soon as i cancel my subscription. Avoid using this app. They will take your money fast, even if you spend it because they cant fix all the bugs. In short what i can tell to anyone who wil read this review in the future, i do not recomend using this app. It is really hard to learn, really far away from being user friendly. What i like about shopify is that it is really easy to set up and use, but with this app i had to waste 10s of hours just to learn the way it works. Besides all that, it has almost none flexibility when it comes to visual looks. So if you want it to fit your theme, good luck with all the coding. Support is ok, but if you live in a different time zone, also good luck trying to fix and get all your questions answered in 1 email every 24 hours. When it comes to bugs, it has a lot of them. From basic designs to other custom options. If you want to waste your time trying to understand everything, good luck. The demo website that you can visit with all the desings, well half of them are not an option in the app. If you ask for them, you will get a link on how to create them yourself. All in all, the app seemed promising, but i would not recomend using it. Unless you have few simple desings on a mug or something. But if you want to create something a bit more difficult, do not waste your time.

Terrible experience for 10 months now. The customer care and technical help department send ai emails that are repetitive saying the same thing, "Looks like you haven't responded, we are closing the ticket now." Meanwhile I am flooding their emails demanding help or a full refund as the service was never used and not functional for 11 months. Worse experience of all millions of apps out there on the platforms.$50 x 11 of which they can confirm it is not functional nor has been used? The company's CEO must have been a car salesman through college.

Для уточнення: підписки на Customily повністю керуються Shopify, включно з безкоштовними пробними періодами та їх скасуванням. Ви можете відписатися у будь-який момент безпосередньо через ваш обліковий запис Shopify, натиснувши Додатки → Customily → Видалити до завершення пробного періоду — це одразу зупинить будь-які майбутні списання. Costs way too much to have this many problems. Simple intergration is a severe hassle. The interface doesnt fully show up and there are too many work arounds in the attempt to use it with Shine On. It had potential but fails to save time and almost guarantee that you will spend the Free Trial, trying to learn how to get it to work properly. Too many moving pieces what should have been simple, became quite the nightmare.
