Customily Product Personalizer

From the day we decided to explore the Customily app integration on our Shopify store - all the way to setup and everything in-between, we have been beyond impressed. The service from Daniella and her team is top notch and everyone has been a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this app enough. Thank you to Customily for everything you are all GREAT!!

I've been using Customily for some time now and I'm very happy with it. The tool is really powerful and allows a high level of customization, which works great for my product. But what stands out the most is the support. The technician assigned to me has been really involved from the start, making sure I understood the tool well so I could use it without problems. They are always there to help when I have questions or something doesn't work as expected. You can tell the team really cares about their customers. Highly recommended.

I’m new to the app, but thanks to the Customily team, I was able to get up to speed very quickly. Jose and the entire team have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the onboarding process. I can already see that the platform offers many advanced customization features that will be extremely valuable as our store continues to grow. I'm excited to explore more of its capabilities and make the most of them in our future journey.

I’ve been working with Customily and have had a really positive experience with their support team. The one-to-one calls and guided walkthroughs have been a real advantage, especially when getting started. In particular, Jose has been incredibly helpful throughout and continues to provide excellent support whenever needed. The front end looks professional and user friendly, and once you get familiar with how the software works, it’s possible to create some highly interactive and engaging personalisation templates that are easy for customers to use. The only area I feel could be improved is the introductory video content. I found some of the tutorials a little difficult to follow due to a noticeable lag between the presenter speaking and the on-screen actions. I think re-recording these videos with a slightly slower pace would make the onboarding process much clearer for new users.

I was getting pretty frustrated and couldn’t figure a function out, so I reached out, and Julieta Scarpinon helped me. She was patient with me, and even after she fixed the issue, I asked her to hang around for a few minutes so I could try it myself and make sure I understood. She stayed just in case I had any questions. She’s exactly what customer service should be thank you so much! Others should learn from her example.

The app was exactly what we were looking for. It took some time for our setup due to some complexities on our end, but the onboarding support was excellent. Support has been very responsive and helpful as well. The app is robust and can account for many use cases. Highly recommend!

It takes 1-2 days before figure the app out how it works, when you get that this app. Is awesome, and the support is one of the best, they go the extra mile for you to look at things.

I previously called Customily the “worst store ever,” and I’m here to completely take that back. Their response was incredible. They replied immediately, apologized sincerely, gave me free time to explore their platform, and personally walked me through everything with not just one person, but three, including the owner. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of today. Instead of silence or generic responses, they showed up, listened, and made things right. They made me feel like a truly valued customer—something I deeply appreciate and will remember. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years.
