D&M - Thread & Needle review for Customily Product Personalizer

The customer service is absolutely phenomenal! Daniela has been so helpful and taking me through step by step, hand holding me through product setups, template, options and all the variables for setting up complex workflows. This kind of customer service is what I find lacking in the modern business world; soon as you've paid for a service, you are no longer important. But my experience has been the polar opposite. Daniela has been helping on multiple occasions and is always happy to reschedule further meetings. I feel Customily genuinely cares about their customers and wants to see them succeed. I highly recommend the product and their aftercare.
