I previously called Customily the “worst store ever,” and I’m here to completely take that back. Their response was incredible. They replied immediately, apologized sincerely, gave me free time to explore their platform, and personally walked me through everything with not just one person, but three, including the owner. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of today. Instead of silence or generic responses, they showed up, listened, and made things right. They made me feel like a truly valued customer—something I deeply appreciate and will remember. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years.
