Great app with a lot of customization features. It gives us many options to create personalized products easily. The support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Highly recommend!

I use a very "expensive for me" app for customization on my Etsy store, but it is not a viable option for my Shopify store, as I have zero traffic but am trying so hard to get there. This app is not as robust but has great basic features, continual improvements and Perdita is excellent support and is always there when an issue arrives to help get it fixed. I really appreciate their price structure to allow store owners to grow into the app.

I have tried many different personalization apps for my Shopify stores, but Customix is on a whole different level. It is by far the most flexible and powerful tool I’ve ever used. What really stands out is the customer support. I had a specific request regarding the image display in the cart over the weekend, and the team (special thanks to Perdita and the devs!) fixed it by Monday morning. It now looks incredibly professional and clean. If you are looking for a reliable, highly customizable, and user-friendly personalizer with a top-notch support team, look no further. 5 stars well deserved!
