Excellent support and a great team! We initially experienced compatibility issues with our Shopify theme (Multi), and the customizer was not displaying correctly on our product page. After contacting support, the team responded quickly, requested access to our store, and their technical staff investigated the issue. The problem was resolved, and everything is now working properly, including image uploads and live previews. What impressed me the most was their willingness to actually troubleshoot the issue instead of sending generic responses. I use a very "expensive for me" app for customization on my Etsy store, but it is not a viable option for my Shopify store, as I have zero traffic but am trying so hard to get there. This app is not as robust but has great basic features, continual improvements and Perdita is excellent support and is always there when an issue arrives to help get it fixed. I really appreciate their price structure to allow store owners to grow into the app.
