Excellent support and a great team! We initially experienced compatibility issues with our Shopify theme (Multi), and the customizer was not displaying correctly on our product page. After contacting support, the team responded quickly, requested access to our store, and their technical staff investigated the issue. The problem was resolved, and everything is now working properly, including image uploads and live previews. What impressed me the most was their willingness to actually troubleshoot the issue instead of sending generic responses. Their communication was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process. Thank you to Perdita and the technical team for the excellent support.
